At Land and Sea Jewelry it is enormously important to us that every customer is completely satisfied with their jewelry selection. For the rare occasion of a less than satisfactory purchase, we offer an extremely liberal return policy for our customers. We want our customers to feel comfortable and secure in their use of our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you!
14-Day Return Policy
Any newly purchased unworn and undamaged Land and Sea Jewelry can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the jewelry, for a full refund of the purchase price. In order to receive the refund, you must contact Land and Sea Jewelry within 14 days of receipt of the jewelry and obtain a return authorization. The refund will be issued by Land and Sea Jewelry within 1 week of receipt of the jewelry to be returned. Please review the shipping policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of any newly purchased Land and Sea Jewelry piece, the selected undamaged jewelry can be returned for a 100% credit of the purchase price. This credit will be applied to the customer’s account for the purchase of a different piece of jewelry from Land and Sea Jewelry. Unused credits will not be refunded! In order to receive the credit, you must contact Land and Sea Jewelry within 30 days of receipt of the jewelry and obtain a return authorization. The credit will be applied after the returned jewelry has been received by Land and Sea Jewelry. Please review the return shipping policy below.
1 Year Guarantee Against Defects
All Land and Sea Jewelry is handmade by the finest artisans in the business. We strive to make sure every piece is free of material or manufacturing defects. However, in the rare case that a defect escapes our inspection, all Land and Sea Jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against material or manufacturing defects. Please contact Land and Sea Jewelry and the piece will be repaired, replaced, or credit applied at the discretion of Land and Sea Jewelry. Please review the return shipping policy below.
All Land and Sea Jewelry is shipped by UPS or US mail for FREE! Occasionally signature upon receipt is required. We apologize in advance that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes!
If you request special shipping methods, we will try to honor those requests and we will only charge what it costs us to ship it to you. We don’t believe in phony “handling” charges.
FOR ALL RETURNS: it is the customer’s responsibility to use appropriate shipping to guarantee that the jewelry being returned is received by Land and Sea Jewelry. Land and Sea Jewelry will not be responsible or held liable in any manner for returns that are not received. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored when returns are received by Land and Sea Jewelry.
Errors and Inaccuracies
Although at Land and Sea Jewelry we try to always have up-to-date information on this site; it is not possible to be sure that there are no errors. This website may contain mistakes which may relate to products’ pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, even after an order has been submitted. We can also change or update the current information at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In order to makes things secure for our customers (and easier for us), we exclusively use PayPal for payments. This provides the most secure experience for you! You do NOT need a PayPal account to use the service; you can check out with most credit cards without logging into PayPal. We never see or store your credit card numbers; it ‘s all handled by PayPal.
If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 2 business days and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days anywhere in the continental US (Alaska and Hawaii will take a bit longer). Bottom line is usually you will have it in 5 days or less.
If the item is out of stock and we agree to make it, it might take a day or two longer. We will always contact you with a status.
The only data we store is your name and shipping address and it is secure. We never see your credit card information; that is handled exclusively by PayPal. You will see the secure link in your browser when you proceed to checkout.
After you place your order, you will receive an email conformation to the email you provided. We will send an additional email at the time of shipping, letting you know your jewelry is on its way.
If we have any issues in fulfilling your order, we will contact you right away by email and/or by phone.
Please note that for high dollar orders, we might require additional interaction with you to confirm the validity of the order. We are a small business and cannot afford losses to fraud. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
Yes – You will receive both an electronic invoice in email as well as a paper invoice in the shipment.
Additionally, since you check out with PayPal, you will also get an invoice and all the additional buyer protection that PayPal provides!
